Virus
We highly recommend that anti-virus program
upgrades and virus data file updates be kept current. If your
computer or network has Internet access (email, downloads, cable
modem, DSL, dial-up, etc.) or if you have to copy outside files
to your computers (i.e. from floppy, zip, etc.) you are at risk
of being infected by a computer virus. A virus that not only
could make all data unusable on one computer but possibly spread
to many on your office network.
